Your First Class

Preparing for your first class….

  • Arrive 15-30 min before class time starts, you have some paperwork to sign
  • Bring yoga mat, towel and water (mat & towel rentals available)
  • Wear comfortable clothes
  • Drink lots of water before class
  • Try not to eat at least 2 hours before class begins
  • Place your mat in the back of the room
  • No experience necessary, we recommend our Hatha or Ashtanga Mysore for your first class
  • Be prepared to be transformed from the inside out
