Studio closure August 19th through the 24th. Thats a Thursday through Tuesday.

Hitting the road, getting out of town for a bit. Here is my first official vacation since owning this perfect little place. Happy to be here, happy to be gone for a bit too.

Im heading to Arizona. A state I very much think of as mine. The drive down is pretty magical too. I want dry air on my skin, to smell rain on hot blacktop, to just be back in a place that holds me in a way that history cant help but hold. It will be good to be home.

Gone through the weekend, and then back again, back to our regular practice, back to the sweet routine and community of this place. I love teaching, and I love you all for doing this with me. Not only do I get to do what I love- but I get to do what I love in a space that feels especially sacred. AND with a community of people that never ceases to make me feel lucky as hell to share practice, and friendship with. I have said it before, and I will continue to- thank you.
